Key Responsibilities:

> General Ledger & Financial Reporting:

• Manage and maintain the general ledger.
• Review and approve journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.
• Ensure accurate recording of all financial transactions.
• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Prepare and review financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow).
• Perform detailed account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Analyze financial results and provide variance explanations.

> Month-End & Year-End Close:

• Develop and manage close schedules and deadlines.
• Ensure timely completion of all closing activities.
• Review supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness .
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments to obtain required information.
• Assist in year-end reporting and financial statement preparation.

> Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Oversight:

• Oversee AP and AR processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Monitor cash flow and working capital.
• Review aging reports and manage collections.
• Ensure proper expense coding and approvals.

> Internal Controls & Compliance:

• Establish and maintain strong internal controls.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies.
• Assist with implementation of accounting policies and procedures.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing schedules and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and tax requirements.

> Budgeting & Financial Analysis:

• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor actual results against budget.
• Provide management with financial insights and recommendations.
• Conduct cost analysis and identify efficiency improvements.

> Team Leadership & Development:

• Supervise and mentor accounting staff.
• Assign responsibilities and review work for accuracy.
• Provide training and performance feedback.
• Foster a collaborative and accountable team environment.

> Systems & Process Improvement:

• Maintain and optimize ERP/accounting systems.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and improvement.
• Assist with system implementations or upgrades.
• Ensure data integrity within financial systems.

Qualifications:

> Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA Passer
• 5–8+ years of progressive general accounting experience
• 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP.
• Experience managing month-end close independently.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Experience in process improvement initiatives.
• Experience in multi-entity or multi-location environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Processing & Fulfillment: Process store orders (regular or special), validate details, coordinate with warehouse and transport, monitor delivery cycles.
• Non-Fulfillment & Deviations: Inform stores of shortages or substitutions, coordinate corrective actions, and investigate order refusals.
• Promo Deployment: Ensure timely processing and monitoring of promotional item distribution.
• Issue & Complaint Resolution: Handle store inquiries and complaints, record issues, coordinate with Operations, QA, Transport, and Finance, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Shipment Tracking & Communication: Provide real-time updates to stores, proactively inform about delays or exceptions, and serve as a single point of contact.
• Internal Coordination: Collaborate with SCM, Warehouse, Transport, QA/Compliance, IT, and Finance to support order fulfillment and resolve issues.
• Store Communication: Advise stores on operational issues, coordinate refusals, and maintain monitoring files for updates and resolutions.
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track KPIs (order accuracy, complaint resolution, fill rate), provide regular reports, gather feedback, and conduct quarterly customer satisfaction surveys.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or college graduate in Mass Communication, PR, or related fields.
• Experience: At least 1 year in customer service roles is a plus.
• Skills: Proficient in electronic communication, MS Office, and business software (ERP/BMS). Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, training, and interpersonal skills.
